The Jefferson is a new mixed-use infill development in downtown Oakland. The project that takes into consideration the historic nature of the building by maintaining and restoring the existing brick façade while using a similar design language of red brick for the new residential portion above. The project consists of 28 residential units and 1 ground floor commercial unit.
