We are excited to share the Sea View Residence. This is a project where we are both the Architect and Developer and are building a new custom single-family residence in the El Cerrito Hills. 

The concept for the house is a series of volumes and planes that are carved into the hillside to create a rare residential experience with complete unobstructed views to the SF Bay, San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. 

Like the terraced landscape of the site, the building terraces as you move up with horizontal bands of steel acting as sunshades, walls of glass allowing for natural light and cross ventilation, and horizontal wood creating decks at the living spaces and roof for a variety of indoor/outdoor living.
